Who is Eligible to Apply Haryana Water Tank Subsidy Scheme 2026 ?
For Individual Farmers:
- You must own at least 5 acres of land
- You must have a valid Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra – PPP)
- Registration on ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ portal is mandatory
For Farmer Groups (4+ Farmers):
- 4 or more farmers can apply together as a group
- Combined landholding must be at least 5 acres
- In this case, farmers can get up to 85% subsidy
Important Note: Farmers with less than 5 acres of land cannot apply individually. They must join a group of 4 or more farmers to be eligible.
How to Apply Online Haryana Water Tank Subsidy Scheme 2026?
Step 1: Prepare These Documents First
- Verify your Family ID (PPP)
- Register on ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ website
- Keep these documents ready:
- Aadhaar Card
- Land documents (Jamabandi/Fard – not older than 6 months)
- Bank Passbook (linked with Aadhaar)
- Tubewell electricity bill or proof
- Mobile number (linked with Aadhaar)
Step 2: Fill the Online Application
- Visit the official website: micadaharyana.nic.in
- Go to “Farmer Corner” and click on “On-Farm Water Tank”
- Enter your Family ID (PPP) and verify with OTP
- Fill in your land details (District, Village, Khewat, Khatauni, Kila Number)
- Select the desired tank capacity and type
- Choose a government-approved vendor/company
- Submit the form and note down your Application ID
Step 3: What Happens After Application?
- The selected vendor will visit your site and prepare the design
- A department officer will conduct physical verification
- After approval, tank construction work will begin
- Once work is completed, the subsidy amount will be directly transferred to your bank account
