The age limit for the Rajasthan District Legal Services Authority recruitment is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 65 years.
Rajasthan DLSA Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
For recruitment by the Rajasthan DLSA, the educational qualification required is passing the 10th class from any recognized institution. In addition, a comprehensive knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devanagari script is necessary.
Qualification: Passing the Secondary Examination from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education is mandatory. Good and comprehensive knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devanagari script is required.
Character: Two character certificates from reputable individuals (excluding relatives) are mandatory, and these certificates should not be older than 6 months.
Physical Fitness: The candidate must be completely mentally and physically fit; there should be no physical defect that would hinder the performance of normal duties.
Other Eligible Categories: Retired teachers/government employees, senior citizens, MSW students/teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors/medical practitioners, students/law students (not enrolled as advocates), members of non-political parties, members of voluntary non-governmental organizations/clubs/women’s groups/self-help groups (with relevant certificates, if applicable).
Proof of Residence: For the applied Panchayat Samiti – Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Voter ID Card/Residence Certificate or equivalent self-attested copy.
No Pending Cases: A self-attested affidavit certifying that no criminal case is pending against the applicant.
Rajasthan DLSA Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
In Rajasthan, before the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) recruits Legal Volunteers, all candidates are selected based on an interview. Successful candidates receive training. After completing the training, they are declared successful and assigned duties in the district for which the notification was issued. An identity card is also issued to them.
