Indian Navy SSC IT Officer Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Stage 1: Shortlisting based on normalized marks in qualifying degree. For BE or B.Tech candidates marks up to 5th semester are considered. For postgraduate courses marks of all completed semesters are considered.
- Stage 2: SSB Interview. This is a five day process that includes psychological tests, group tasks, personal interview and conference.
- Stage 3: Medical Examination. Candidates who clear SSB undergo detailed medical check up at designated naval hospitals.
- Stage 4: Final Merit List. Prepared based on SSB interview marks. Medical fitness is mandatory for final selection.
Training Details Selected candidates will join as Sub Lieutenant. Training includes 6 weeks Naval Orientation Course at INA Ezhimala followed by professional IT training at naval establishments. Married candidates are not allowed during training period.
